1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted for defective or wrongly delivered items.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” and include:
Your order number
Description of the issue
Photo evidence of the defect or incorrect item
Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
3. Return Approval & Pickup
Once your return is approved, a pickup will be scheduled if applicable. The product must be ready for pickup in the original condition.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
As we operate Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will not be processed to cards or online wallets.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or any reason not related to our error are not eligible for return or refund.
